Membership unlocks check and report. Peer history helps you prepare for a job site — when to insist on writing, deposits, and photos — not a list of places to refuse. We require pay (or invite) so fake reports stay costly. Subscribers get monthly lookups plus credits for real reports.

Founding memberships are open now. Coverage is still thin — many addresses will show no reports yet. That is expected. When we reach critical mass, new signups will pay the standard rate ($29.99/mo). Founding members keep their rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
