What this product is

Contractor Beware is a job-site preparation tool for trade pros. You check an address for peer experiences and report your own after jobs. It is not a blacklist and not a people search — rough history means tighter process (writing, deposits, photos), not an order to refuse work.

Checks and reports (quick)

Check an address on Job site — costs 1 credit only when peer reports exist; empty is free.
Report an experience after you worked or bid — earns 2 checks when accepted.
Enter addresses in the fields (street suggestions fill ZIP), or Choose on map and drag the pin.
Review your past reports under My reports (signed in).

Membership

Checking and reporting require an active membership (or complimentary access). Free open reporting would invite fake good or bad reports. Pricing · Terms · Privacy
